Did you know, you can get much closer to game if your are sitting on a horse, the smell of the horse is much stronger than yours and the game does not get afraid.
Claratal horses
Farm Claratal has a very long tradition in breeding Horses. Family Schmerenbeck was breeding Thoroughbreds and for the last 40 years Heiko is breeding sport horses, mainly Trakehners.
The horses are kept horse friendly in groups in x-large “Camps”. All horses are born and raised on our farm. Most of our riding horses were successful in competitions like dressage, showjumping and eventing. They are calm and well behaved – ideal schoolmasters for kids and adults.
We are offering breathtaking outrides on horseback on the “ Roof of Namibia”, the Khomas Hochland.
Outrides for “Non-Riders”, beginners and advanced riders on reliable, well trained horses.
Only in small groups of 1 – 4 riders

15 minutes for NAD 50 pp (2024)
• Outrides and pony riding only available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays or past 15h00 during the week
• Please give notice 2 days in advance
• If you do not own a helmet you can borrow one from us
• Please be honest with your evaluation if you are novice, advanced or expert rider
