Quoted rates may change without prior notice should government taxes and other fees increase drastically and unexpectedly. Please confirm all rates.

• All quoted rates are in Namibian Dollars and are inclusive of 15% VAT
• Rates, where stated, are net and are non-commissionable.
• Rates are quoted per person per night.
• Tariffs quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
• Private reservations will only be regarded as “confirmed” once the stipulated deposit has been received.
• Farm Claratal reserves the right to release a reservation if the due deposit is not received in full by the stipulated deposit due date.
• Full settlement of accommodation reservations must be made 60 days prior to arrival.
• On day of departure, please vacate your campsite/room by 10h00.
• Booking a braaiplace as day visitor from 11h00, please vacate your braaiplace by

19h00 in winter, April – September
21h00 in summer October – March

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

Cancellation period: Cancellation fee
16 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50%
11 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75%
Less than 10 days prior to arrival: 100%
Non-arrivals: 100%

0-5 Years – no cost
6-14 Years – 50% of rate
15 Years plus – full rates
