The Leibnitz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife research is supporting farmers in the HWC (Human-Wildlife-Conflict).
They track the large carnivores with satellite collars to research the territorial behavior or in case one of the carnivores is captured in a trap the scientists use samples of cheetah hair to determine the stable isotope ratios of carbon and nitrogen, so they can tell you about the prey of the cheetahs.
